DORCE’s prefabricated steel structure manufacturing facility is one of the largest of its kind in the world. It is located in Ankara, Turkey, and has a total area of 100,000m², with a workshop spanning 55,000m² that has the monthly capacity of producing:

• 160,000m² panelised prefabricated buildings
• 3,600 accommodation containers
• 1,900t of heavy Industrial steel buildings

The company has a workforce of 2,675, comprising 240 white collar and 2,435 blue collar personnel. Staffing levels are increased for projects when a larger workforce is required.

Buildings, infrastructure and utilities services

DORCE is a provider of EPC services and uses its capabilities in manufacturing steel prefabricated buildings for structures, including accommodation, medical units, factories, sports areas and educational facilities.

The company provides a range of infrastructure works and utilities services that include preparation of sites, ground and foundations, car parking areas and road access, electrical and mechanical installation, treatment of water and wastewater, fire detection and control, generators, landscaping, and security Fencing)

In addition, the company provides other services such as architectural and engineering design, site surveys, building supplies, HVAC systems, furnishing, transportation, assembly and taking apart, and operations and maintenance.

Pre-assembly of steel buildings for turnkey camps and accommodation

DORCE can provide a range of panelised steel buildings for fast-assembly in the event of an emergency or an application where speed is of the essence.

• Turnkey camps: worker accommodation cities, camps of for labour, military and, refugees, as well as emergency accommodation camps with options such as dormitories, offices, kitchens and dining areas, and bathroom facilities

Mobile hospitals and first aid facilities

DORCE is able to provide mobile hospitals with first aid and surgery facilities. The company was the first provider of these facilities to the Turkish Armed Facilities.

The structure comprises inflatable tents, with steel and aluminium containers. All units are transportable by wheeled vehicles, which are also supplied for a project.
