MODULAR HOUSING

Modular housing units are self-contained and fully equipped to resolve shelter needs in any environment.

There are three construction options available when considering modular housing:

• Permanent (hard construction) - which is the highest quality
• Modular which involves movable wall systems and can be uninstalled for re-use
• Temporary - a non permanent option which can be removed after use

MODULAR DORMITORIES

Modular dormitories can be constructed according to specification, based on the number of people to be accommodated and the type of bedding configurations and amenities required. They can be located almost anywhere.

Amenities available in modular dormitories include security barriers, food and beverage services, office spaces and recreation facilities.

MODULAR HOTEL ROOMS

The number of units erected in modular hotel rooms depends on individual needs and can be adjusted to accommodate additional personnel side by side. They are the ideal solution for management housing as they provide private bathrooms and single or double occupancy per bedroom. They are manufactured in Texas, China and Mexico.

WAREHOUSES CONVERSIONS

Target Logistics' warehouses are easily convertible into dorms or barracks and can also be used for recreational facilities including gymnasiums, billiard halls, etc. They are ideal for storage and supply chain solutions.

MODULAR APARTMENTS

All Target Logistics' modular apartment units are supplied with furnishings, house wares, cable and telephone. Daily and weekly cleaning is also provided. Target Logistics leased over 1,000 modular apartments for use by US Government agents during the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympics. Modular apartments were also provided for NATO and the US DOD during the 2004 Athens Summer Olympics.

FLOATELS

When building a land-based solution is not an option or when time is of the essence, Target Logistics' network of specialized cruise ships, ferries and barges serve as floating hotels for 50 to 2,500 persons.

TRANSPORTATION

Target Logistics provides various forms of ground transportation including limousines, armored vehicles with Personal Security Details (PSD) and freight and utility trucks.

AirPlanning (a Target Company) can also provide air charter services including permitting, ground handling, fuel and catering. The passenger charter division can provide the appropriate size and type of aircraft for any number of passengers to any destination in the world. The passenger air cargo charter division has access to hundreds of air cargo freighter aircraft and they will match cargo needs with the appropriate equipment and arrange every detail.

SITE ENGINEERING

All sites include any plumbing, electrical, sewage or engineering required. Water storage can be created, on-site in above ground plastic tanks or ROPU facilities - plumbed, pumped and piped to the source of use. Electric power plants can include a series of main generators and auxiliary generators. Sewage treatment or storage facilities are erected on-site.

STAFFING SERVICES

Does your project need workers? Target Logistics also provides pipe fitters, welders, electricians, plumbers, carpenters and other laborers from Thailand, the Philippines, China, India and Indonesia. Each worker is interviewed, vetted and trade tested in their country of origin. Visa processing and all transportation is arranged through Target Logistics. Competitive hourly rates include all taxes, workmen's comp and insurance as required by the US, Canada, and the nation from which they originate, as well as all of their life support. This includes housing, catering, recreation, medical and transportation daily to the job site.

This all inclusive service yields highly skilled and proud employees with a work ethic that is unparalleled. Attrition is almost non-existent. Sixty hour weeks with only 30 days off per year is the minimum schedule preferred.
