Topsoe to Supply Hydrogen with Air Liquide in Belgium

Air Liquide has announced that it will double its hydrogen production capacity in Antwerp, Belgium. This will be done by installation of a new 100,000 Nm3/h hydrogen unit based on Topsoe's steam reforming technology and catalysts.
The hydrogen unit is scheduled for start-up at the end of 2007.

The Alliance
Topsoe and Air Liquide (Paris, France) have a strategic alliance to the effect that Air Liquide will utilise Topsoe technologies and catalysts in plants to supply hydrogen, carbon monoxide and syngas to its worldwide customers on an own, operate and maintain basis.
