CPI - Compressor Products International brings a highly technical and scientific approach to the design and manufacture of critical sealing components for reciprocating compressors, gas engines and related equipment which also includes pistons, piston rods, cylinder liners and CPI radiused disc compressor valves, unloaders and actuators. CPI RADIUSED DISC VALVES

CPI radiused disc compressor valves are recognised as outstandingly reliable in the oil, gas, petrochemical and air separation industries worldwide.

Each valve is individually computer designed to match the compressor operating conditions for each application. CPI's design engineers, using sophisticated valve dynamics programs carry out valve performance modelling and also analyse existing installations assessing whether the optimum valve design is used.

UNLOADERS AND ACTUATORS

CPI valves can be supplied with suction valve unloaders, such as finger-type and plug-type. CPI also supplies a range of quality valve unloader actuators.

CPI VALVEALERT™

Is a revolutionary compressor monitoring system for detecting the mechanical condition of valves operating in reciprocating compressors. CPI valvealert™ is non-intrusive, no drilling into cylinders or valve covers, simple to use and affordable. There are two options available, the handheld data collection system or the on-line version.

The handheld option allows data to be collected easily and then downloaded to a PC or laptop for analysis making this an ideal way to monitor critical compressors or for those that are situated in remote areas and for single or small operations.

A permanent option is the on-line system that can be linked to multiple compressors on a network and over the Internet or Intranet.

Both options use the unique software developed for the system. The simple user friendly 'traffic light' graphic displays allow a technician to easily access data of the analysis on the mechanical condition of the valves. Enabling the identification of the exact problematic valve in the compressor, so that the efficient planning of any preventative action can be carried out.

PACKINGS AND PACKING CASES

CPI designs and manufactures a range of main gas, intermediate and oil wiper packings. To complement the range of packings and rings, CPI also manufactures packing cases.

PISTON AND RIDER RINGS

CPI manufactures a range of piston and rider rings for the vast majority of reciprocating compressor applications, produced in a range of CPI Special Polymer Alloys™ and other non-metallic materials.

HYPER COMPRESSOR COMPONENTS

CPI recognises the specialised nature of hyper compressors. Having experience in the design and manufacture of packings and rings for this specific application.
