CLEANING AND RECOATING OIL FIELD EQUIPMENT

Oil field work is muddy and greasy. This takes a toll on the hardware and equipment that does the day-to-day work. Parts as simple as thread protectors need to be cleaned before reuse. Pipes also become corroded and dirty, requiring cleaning and recoating.

TABLE BLASTERS FOR YOUR SHOT BLASTING NEEDS

Flexibility is one of the many features of the LS table blaster. LS Industries' line of table blasters includes tables with diameters ranging from 3ft to 12ft. Work heights can vary from 19in to 60in and work weights can range from 1,500lbs to 40,000lbs. Custom table blasters can be designed for your shot blasting needs.

Table blasters are ideal for cleaning castings, forgings, foundries, parts too large to tumble, and parts that could be damaged in a tumble blast machine. Table blasters are versatile and can blast off dirt, rust and scaling, and prepare surfaces for further finishing.

PIPE BLASTERS WITH STEEL BLAST CABINETS

Efficient and easily maintained, LS pipe blasters provide a consistent cleaning solution. The standard blasters come with a steel blast cabinet and 1/4in manganese steel alloy plate for maximum strength and durability.

The cabinet is not subjected to direct abrasive blast impact and is lined with a replaceable wear-resistant liner. Heavy and special cabinets and wear plates area available. Production rates vary and the blaster can be equipped with up to four impeller motors rated between 10HP and 30HP.
