Grant Geophysical, Inc. Names Greg Dunlop, Regional Manager Asia-Pacific

Houston, Texas – January 24, 2003 – Grant Geophysical, Inc. ('Grant' or 'the company') announced today that Greg Dunlop has been appointed Regional Manager for the company in the new Asia-Pacific office in Brisbane, Australia. Mr. Dunlop has 25 years of seismic acquisition experience in the USA, Central and South America, Europe, Africa, Middle and Far East. Most recently, Mr. Dunlop, located in Houston, has had responsibility for Grant’s international operations group.

In his new position, Mr. Dunlop will be responsible for current operations and the development of new business opportunities for the company in the Asia-Pacific region.
