PYTEC® – CARBONE'S REMOVABLE SYSTEM FOR FIRE PROTECTION

PYTEC fire protection covers are designed to ensure the protection of actuators and cables in a hydrocarbon fire, and have been developed for an FR 30in and FR 60in These covers delay the internal temperature rise in the event of a jet fire.

PYTEC covers are indispensable where quick removal and reinstallation are essential. The components of the PYTEC are specially selected for their high fire-resistance.

WATERPROOF PYTEC COVERS

PYTEC fire protection covers have double-layer insulation with fire-resistance and are waterproof. It is important that neither water nor petrochemical products can enter the covers. The double-crossed and waterproof layer avoids, in the case of a disaster, an infiltration of the product inside the cover, and also the damage of the electric parts of the motorisation.

MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY

Trapdoors allow a quick and easy maintenance intervention at any time. The motorisation part of the cover may be removed without dismantling the rest of the cover, and the cables are protected in the same way. Fireproof reinforced concrete on the ground avoids any infiltrations.

Our technical team is certified N2 and has extensive knowledge of the required safety procedures. We also train your technical team to complete your maintenance requirements (electric works, drain away motorcycle reducer, etc.).
