Flameproof control systems for demanding applications

Our RJB11S control stations are manufactured to withstand even the harshest environmental conditions. The housing of the RJB system is made of extra-hard temper marine-grade light alloy. The external – and internal – coating is suitable for permanent outdoor exposure to weather, salt, acids, and UV radiation.

Our control stations are suitable for all gas types, including hydrogen and acetylene.

The explosion-proof control equipment manufactured by Flameproof Engineering is certified IECEx, ATEX and KGS.

FJB switch disconnectors

We offer a vast range of switch disconnetors (also known as load-break switches), all of which conform to the IEC 60947-3, AS/NZS 3947-3 and def. 2.3 standards. As such, our switches satisfy the installation and compliance requirements for hazardous area installation.

The FJB switch disconnectors are protected against water jets and temporary submersion, and are suitable for use around all dust types, including conductive dusts.

Explosion-proof isolator switches

The RJB11S1500 explosion-proof isolator switches are designed to withstand the harsh environmental conditions experienced in oil rigs and petrochemical installations. The housing of the switch is made of tempered marine-grade aluminium alloy. The switches are also suitable for permanent outdoor exposure to weather conditions.

Our low-voltage solid-state light fittings are explosion-proof, with LED technology. Our lights offer superior quality, durability and reliability in all conditions.
