Didion's Mechanical - ASME Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and Autoclaves

Didion's Mechanical specializes in the engineering, design and fabrication of ASME pressure vessels, heat exchangers, autoclaves, cryogenic vessels, vacuum vessels and separators for a variety of industries. As an ASME code certified shop, we are current holders of the U, U2>, S, PP and R-repair stamps. Our heat exchangers are built to TEMA and ASME standards.

HIGH PRESSURE VESSELS

Over the years we have produced over 2,500 pressure vessels made of various steels and alloys. We can accommodate vessels up to 16ft in diameter and 110ft long. We provide a variety of services including radiography, stress-relieving, sand-blasting, painting, machining, cold shocking, hydro testing and pneumatic testing.

We know that the units we fabricate are scheduled into shutdowns and new plant start ups, requiring fast turn-around rates, we will accommodate to meet these scheduling requirements. We are also second to none when it comes to the quality of our fabrication.

As a family owned business we pay great attention to detail and take pride in every fabrication, that leaves our shop. Some of our customers include BP Oil, NASA, Westinghouse, Marathon Oil, Whirlpool and others.

ASME PRESSURE VESSELS

We specialize in the engineering, design and fabrication of ASME pressure vessels, tanks and boilers, built in strict accordance with the latest edition and addenda of the ASME code section I and section VIII. We can accommodate practically any size and pressure.

SHELL AND TUBE HEAT EXCHANGERS

We specialize in the design, engineering, and fabrication of shell and tube heat exchangers, including thermal calculations. All of our units are built in strict accordance with the latest edition and addenda of the ASME code, section VIII division I and TEMA.

INDUSTRIAL AUTOCLAVES

We design and manufacture ASME code certified autoclaves. We fabricate autoclaves for all industrial applications. We can accommodate practically any size and pressure.

CRYOGENIC VESSELS

We engineer, design and fabricate ASME code cryogenic vessels. Didion's Mechanical can meet your specifications. We provide in-house cold-shocking, mass-specification tests, decay tests and radiography.

VACUUM CHAMBERS

Didion's Mechanical engineers, designs and fabricates vacuum chambers. Didion's Mechanical can meet your specifications. We provide in-house cold-shocking, mass-specification tests, decay tests and radiography.

STEAM SEPARATORS

Didion Separator Company's type DSL, DSU and DST separators are capable of removing 99.8% of all liquid entrainment from gas, steam, air and vapor pipe lines without causing any significant pressure drop.

Most units are available from stock for immediate delivery, all others guaranteed four weeks or better. All standard units are designed for 150psig or 300psig at 500°F and have a built-in corrosion allowance for years of uninterrupted service. In addition, internal elements are constructed of stainless steel to enhance the life of the system.
