EASZ-1 INLINE MOISTURE MONITOR

The EASZ-1 will accurately monitor moisture levels in any hydrocarbon or vegetable based fluid.

The EASZ-1 is a temperature compensated, microprocessor based, loop powered, moisture sensor enabling fast and reliable measurements in percentage or ppm. The EASZ-1 can be used to control separators and purifiers or as a diagnostic or preventative maintenance tool. The EASZ-1 will respond in one second, and is not affected by saturation levels like most other moisture tools.

EASZ-1 BS&W WATERCUT MONITOR

The EASZ-1BS&W or Watercut Monitor will continuously and accurately monitor water levels in any hydrocarbon or vegetable oil from 0 to 65% watercut.

The EASZ-1BS&W is temperature compensated, microprocessor based, loop powered, and enables fast drift free monitoring in any oil, including crude. The EASZ-1BS&W is flange mounted and can be installed directly into the flow stream, or through inclusion of a by-pass loop or custom manufactured Spool Piece.

STATIC MIXERS

EESiMix Static Mixers: It is a well known that static mixers are essential for crude oil sampling. The EESiMix will mix oil and water using “shear, reverse flow, collision” technology to create homogeneous mixtures with minimal pressure drop.

EESiFlo manufactures a wide range of static mixers ranging in size from 1in to 48in with pressure ratings from 150 ANSI to 2500 ANSI. The mixers can be fabricated from carbon steel, stainless steel, or duplex and each is pressure tested and weld inspected to international standards.

EASZ-10P PORTABLE DOPPLER FLOW METER

The EASZ-10P is a simple, hand-held Doppler flow meter designed to accurately monitor slurries and aerated liquids. The battery operated EASZ-10P has a totalizer and rate display and will fit in any toolbox.

EASZ-6000 PORTABLE TWO CHANNEL, DUAL-MODE FLOW METER

The EASZ-6000 is two channel (two pipes at once) dual-mode (Transit-Time and Doppler) capable of measuring any clean, dirty or aerated liquids in any pipe from ¼in to 256in, up to 400°F. It has a built in data-logger (100,000 records), and will output in various analogue and digital formats. The EASZ-6000 is the most powerful flowmeter in the world. EASZ- 5000 FIXED SINGLE CHANNEL, DUAL- MODE FLOW METER

The EASZ-5000 is a weather proof, single channel dual-mode (Transit-Time or Doppler) flow meter with standard output options. It is ideal for multiple fixed installations. The EASZ-5000 is available in both AC and DC powered versions and will measure pipes from 1in to 110in with 2 different transducer configurations. The EASZ-5000 will display both instantaneous flow rates and totalized flow, and has user configurable 4mA to 20mA and relay (pulsed) outputs.

EASZ-7000 FIXED, TWO CHANNEL, DUAL- MODE FLOW METER

The EESiFlo EASZ-7000 is a fixed two channel, dual-mode (Transit-Time or Doppler) flow meter with numerous analogue and digital output options. The EASZ-7000 will accurately measure clean, dirty or aerated liquids in pipes from ¼in to 256in in diameter, up to 400°F, and even higher if requested.

The EASZ-7000 has a built in data-logger capable of storing 100,000 records, and will output data in various analogue and digital formats.
