FIRESEAL SYSTEMS

FireSeal operates thru direct sales, agents and distributors and can take on projects at any shipyard, design office or installation company in the world.

FireSeal has five main systems being used for various applications although our Flex-D system is by far the most commonly used system. In fact, the Flex-D system requires practically no technical training to install and the installation process is in most cases a 20 minute operation!

FLEX-D SYSTEM

Our most commonly used system which can be used for several different applications such as cables, pipes and ductwork sealings

• Sealing system for cables, pipes, ductwork and the like
• 20min installation - no special tools required
• Suitable for penetrations with limited free surface area
• Smoke, gas, water and pressure resistance
• Movements and vibration of penetrating pipes and cables are accepted
• Well packed cable bundles are acceptable
• Changes, repairs or retrofits are made easy
• Classification: A0 - A60 and H0 - H60

FIRESEAL FS-03 SYSTEM

This is a two component sealing system for cables, pipes, ductwork and the alike. It is almost only used for larger and complicated penetrations.

• Movements and vibration of penetrating pipes and cables are accepted
• Installed by approved applicators having access to special equipment
• Smoke, gas, water and pressure resistance
• Well packed cable bundles are acceptable
• Changes, repairs or retrofits are made with ease
• Classification: A0 - A60 and H0 - 60

FIRESEAL PIPELOCK

The FireSeal pipelock is a complete factory made seal for single plastic pipes.

• Optimized system for single plastic tubes
• Very easy and quick installation
• Maintenance free
• Corrosion free
• Avilable sizes: PL 55, PL 82, PL 110 and PL 160
• Classification: A0 - A60

FIRESEAL SQUEEZER A

The FireSeal squeezer-A is also a complete factory made seal. It is used for single or multiple plastic pipes.

• Very easy and quick installation
• Sizes: 55, 82, 114 and 160mm
• Classification: A0 - A60

FIRESEAL SQUEEZER B

Squeezer-B is another factory made seal that is used for multiple plastic pipes.
