Tuboscope Pipeline Services - In-Line InspectionTuboscope Pipeline Services is one of the most experienced pipeline inspection companies in the industry, with a highly successful record of 700,000 miles of inspections worldwide. Tuboscope focuses on three main pipeline services: In-Line Inspection, Project Management and Integrity Management, and also provides a complete range of customized training classes for pipeline operators' personnel. IN-LINE INSPECTION SERVICESIn 1965, Tuboscope introduced the industry's first instrumented "Smart Pig" capable of investigating the condition of in-service pipe. Our Linalog® In-Line Inspection (ILI) survey systems have since evolved into the most advanced pipeline survey systems available. In addition, the experience of Tuboscope's field and data analysis personnel ensures safe, professional, accurate and timely service.
ULTRASONIC PIPELINE INSPECTIONThe LineExplorer tools that we operate, designed by our partner NDT Systems and Services, provide best-in-class systems for inspecting pipelines ultrasonically for both metal loss and cracking.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICESThe success of any project hinges on effective, clear communication. From defining the scope and planning critical milestones to effective reporting and post-project evaluations, Tuboscope's experts have raised the level of customer expectations with unprecedented project leadership. Our project management staff works side by side with pipeline operator's and third party personnel to ensure safe, consistent and reliable performance.
INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT SERVICESTuboscope's LinaView™ Pro integrity management software suite was specifically designed for management of pipeline data and now supports a variety of data models including the ESRI ArcGIS Pipeline Data Model (APDM). Electronic data of any kind can be incorporated into the software to aid pipeline operators with management of their assets and is a key element in any manager's Integrity Management Plan (IMP). The data integration tools provide the user with the ability to load linear-referenced data whether it is engineering-station based, continuous distance, or coordinate referenced data, in map projection X-Y or geographic system. Powerful query tools allow for implementation of regulatory requirements, including response analysis for immediate and other repair conditions. When combined with the GIS spatial data, High Consequence Area (HCA) analysis can be performed for compliance reporting.
