LONESTAR AUTOMATIC WELDING SYSTEM

The LoneStar integrates the latest in software development and microprocessor technologies combined with innovative device design to offer a compelling digital welding solution.

DOUBLE JACKSCREW CHAIN CLAMP

The double jackscrew chain clamp brings pipe fit-up technology up-to-date with welding technology. Available in steel and stainless steel models for pipe sizes 1in (25mm) to 54in (1,372mm). One double jackscrew chain clamp covers the range of eight cage clamps. The clamp comes with level and support device to support elbows, tees and other fittings assuring the maximum level of safety to the welder.

MIGNON CHAIN MACHINE

The Mignon chain machine is an excellent tool for the small shop, small maintenance facility, budget minded welder or hobbyist, who is sporadically flame cutting random pipe sizes. The compact and lightweight Mignon's simple design makes it easy for the novice to master the art of cutting pipe. The Mignon chain machine has a pipe cutting range of 2.5in (64mm) to unlimited.

MINI CHAIN MACHINE

The lightweight Mini chain machine is highly recommended for cutting random lots of small or larger diameters of pipe. The unique compact Mini delivers exceptional performance and maximum results with reduced downtime and maintenance cost. The Mini chain machine’s multiple wheel positions and double width chain makes it the one of the most accurate chain driven pipe cutting and beveling machines. The Mini chain machine has a pipe cutting range of 2in (51mm) and up.

MAXI CHAIN MACHINE

The Maxi chain machine provides an economical way to cut and bevel pipe. One machine cuts any pipe diameter from 3in (76mm) to unlimited. Precision control of chain tension on the traveling wheels give Maxi machines the straightest cutting capability of any chain-type machine available. For larger sizes above 18in (457mm) pipe diameter, the use of a guide strip is recommended.

ACCU-FIT CLAMP

Accu-Fit clamp accurately aligns and holds two sections of small diameter thin wall pipe or tubing for welding. No clamp makes a more clean and precise alignment of small diameter pipe or tubing than the Accu-Fit clamp. The clamp's high-purity stainless steel jaws work independently of each other to align pipes or tubes concentrically to each other regardless of diameter. The clamp offers sufficient clearance for most orbital-welding heads. The clamp is designed for the alignment of pipes, tubes or fittings and should be used to support or lift the pipe.

MAGNACUT II AND MAGNACUT XM

The innovative MagnaCut magnetic pipe and plate cutting machine with remote controlled torch arm is an excellent choice when cutting a variety of pipe or plate wall thicknesses. Available in two models, MagnaCut attaches to any magnetically receptive surface. MagnaCut II can be easily identified by its green top, utilizes permanent magnets and is designed for bare and lightly coated pipe. The MagnaCut XM identified by its red cover utilizes powerful rare earth magnets to adhere the machine to pipes with a coating up to 0.015in (0.4mm) thick.
