In addition, we measure and communicate the volumes of information coming from metering and gathering systems along the pipeline. EMS manages all right-of-way maintenance and public notification and we have effectively supported numerous operators through the audit process to achieve Department of Transportation (DOT) 192, 193, and 195 regulatory compliances. PIPELINE INTEGRITY SERVICESPipeline integrity management involves managing and integrating large volumes of new and historical pipeline data for threat analyses / risk prioritisation. Rigorous pipeline inspection and repair programs and management system procedures have to be implemented for regulatory compliance purposes. Utilising a turnkey approach to pipeline integrity management, EMS can recommend the best assessment approach for your company to comply with federal and state pipeline integrity management rules (e.g. 49 CFR 192 Subpart O, 49 CFR 192.452). PIPELINE AND PRODUCTION PROJECTSIn addition to routine operations and maintenance, EMS Group performs specific projects related to pipeline and production systems. These projects include facilities design, communications systems design using SCADA, equipment installation and repair, and gas processing. Within this scope, we also provide clients with H2S monitoring, H2O moisture analysis, and CO2 analysis. DATA MANAGEMENT EMS Group has a robust data management center, which utilizes multiple communications methods to poll gas measurement data into our two software products, PGAS® and Electronic Pumper, a web-based version of PGAS®. The EMS Control Center serves as a central processing unit designed and managed to generate real-time gas measurement information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Control Center personnel monitor and perform remote operations and keep clients informed of all pipeline operations. Our backoffice services also provide guaranteed resources for pipeline managers needing gas measurement expertise.
