Jindal Saw Ltd (JSL) is India's leading manufacturer of Submerged Arc Welded (SAW) pipes, which are widely used in the hydrocarbon sector for oil and gas transportation. JSL manufactures a wide range of Longitudinal Diameter Submerged Arc Welded (LSAW) pipes, hot pulled induction bends, connector casings, helical submerged arc welded pipes, seamless tubes and pipes and Ductile Iron (DI) spun pipes.

JSL manufactures Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded (LSAW) pipes in sizes ranging from 16in to 48in diameter and with proportionate wall thickness up to 1.5in.

Our manufacturing plants are accredited with API 5L & API 2B, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO-18001, SHELL and are certified by major oil and gas companies.

"KOSI KALAN PLANT" LSAW PIPES AT KOSI KALAN FACILITY

Kosi kalan plant has the capability to manufacture Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded (LSAW) pipes in sizes ranging from 16in to 36in diameter and with proportionate wall thickness up to 1.5in.

The plant has a capacity to produce 250,000MT per year. The LSAW manufactured by "U-O-E" (U-ing, O-ing, Expanding) process are used in the hydrocarbons industry for oil and gas transportation.

HOT PULLED INDUCTION BENDS AND CONNECTOR CASING PIPES AT KOSI KALAN FACILITY

The company supplies hot pulled induction bends with an outside diameter range of 4 in to 48in with proportionate wall thickness up to 1.5 in.

ANTI-CORROSION COATINGS AT KOSI KALAN FACILITY

Kosi kalan plant offers single layer fusion bonded epoxy anti-corrosion coatings, 3-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion coatings, 3-layer polypropylene anti-corrosion coatings, coal tar enamel coatings. Kosi Kalan plant also has the facilities for internal epoxy coatings and cement mortar linings

"MUNDRA PLANT" LSAW PIPES AT MUNDRA FACILITY

The LSAW pipes manufactured at Mundra facility in sizes ranging between 16in to 48in outer diameter with proportionate wall thickness upto 1.5in. The manufacturing facility at Mundra has a capacity to produce 300,000 MT per annum. Here LSAW pipes are manufactured through the "J-C-O-E" (J-ing, C-ing, O-ing and Expanding) process.

ANTI-CORROSION COATINGS AT MUNDRA FACILITY

Mundra Plant offers single layer fusion bonded epoxy anti-corrosion coatings, 3-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion coatings, 3-layer polypropylene anti-corrosion coatings, coal tar enamel, concrete weight anti-corrosion coating and cathodic protection by sacrificial anode process. Mundra plant also specialises in internal epoxy coatings and cement mortar linings.

"IPU SAMAGHOGHA PLANT" LSAW PIPES AT IPU SAMAGHOGHA FACILITY

The LSAW pipes manufactured at IPU Samaghogha facility ranges in size from 16in to 42in outer diameter with proportionate wall thickness up to 1.5in. The manufacturing facility at IPU Samaghogha has a capacity to produce 250,000 MT per annum. Here LSAW pipes are manufactured through the "J-C-O-E" process.

HELICAL (SPIRALLY) WELDED PIPES AT IPU SAMAGHOGHA FACILITY

Helical (spirally) welded pipes are made from coils. After the coil is uncoiled, it is passed to a trimmer and forming rolls, which is shaped into spiral forms. The spiral seam is automatically submerged arc welded, first on the bottom of the rotating pipe and then on the top. Our spirally welded pipes can be used in sewage lines, water transportation applications, crude and refined petroleum products and low-pressure gas conditions.

DUCTILE IRON (DI) SPUN PIPES AT IPU SAMAGHOGHA

JSL offers a wide range of Ductile Iron (DI) spun pipes for water and waste transportation. The company has a production capacity of 200,000t per year.

"NASHIK PLANT" SEAMLESS TUBES MANUFACTURED AT NASHIK

JSL produces stainless, carbon and alloy steel seamless tubes and pipes for oil refinery, petrochemicals, power, heat transfer equipment, metallurgical and refrigeration, OCTG, boiler, automotive, instrumentation and general engineering applications.

THE UNITED STATES AFFILIATES

The US operation of the company started in the year 1992 under Saw Pipes USA Inc, a ½ million ton capacity pipe mill in Baytown Texas, which is today the largest Longitudinal SAW manufacturer in North America.

Jindal United Steel Corporation (JUSC) also situated in Baytown premises ensures fast and easy availability of raw material for the pipes unit. Jindal United Steel Corporation, one of the widest mills in North America that manufactures hot-rolled plate widths up to 160in (4.1m) and thicknesses up to four in (102mm). These are used in shipyards, oilfield fabricators, heavy equipment production, machinery makings, and other end users and distributors who need high quality carbon plate. This plant has start up capacity of 1.25 million tons. These two plants together are spread in an area of nearly 700 acres with in-house railways and port facility. The plants are, a backward-integrated pipe facility equipped with a large jetty with a deep draft, which provides it with a tactical advantage.
