Penn Stainless Specialty Pipe and Tube combines an extensive raw material inventory and processing capabilities to supply the most challenging tubular requirements with reduced delivery times. We meet tight delivery schedules with inventory. Many seamless and welded stainless, duplex and nickel pipes can be shipped the day they are ordered. We can package and ship to nearly any destination or job site. Non-standard welded pipes and tubesWe can also supply custom tubular requirements in welded pipe and tube. Size ranges from 2.5in OD through to 96in OD; pipes with wall thicknesses exceeding 2.5in thick can be produced in many material types. Stainless, duplex, six-moly, nickel alloys and chrome moly pipes are supplied as welded products. We also supply non-standard welded pipes and tubes for custom requirements with reduced lead times. Size ranges from 2.5in OD through to 96in OD; pipes with wall thicknesses exceeding 2.5in thick can be produced in many material types. Combine our processing capabilities and we can supply non-standard pipes and tubes with reduced lead times. We have delivered a length of 36in Sch 40S per ASTM A 358 Class Two in five working days for a shutdown. We have also supplied larger runs, including an 800ft order of 12in Sch 120 347H with a six-week delivery. Whether you need 1ft, a length or 1,000ft or more, we are ready to supply the requirement. We can supply duplex in 2304, 2205 and 2507. We also offer lean duplex grades such as 2101 and 2003. Duplex tubular products can be manufactured to a number of specifications, including ASTM A240 rolled and welded, ASTM A790 and / or SA 790, ASTM A815, and ASTM A928.
