PRESSURE BALANCED BELLOWS

Metallic Bellows’ pressure-balanced bellows are expansion joint devices, which use balancing bellows to create balancing thrust. The balancing thrust ensures no pressure thrust forces are produced on the main anchors in the piping system.

In addition to eliminating the pressure thrust, the pressure balanced bellows can accept axial compression, axial extension, lateral and angular movements.
