Sealweld is dedicated to manufacturing products designed to achieve the maximum in-service life for your valves including synthetic valve lubricants and emergency sealants, sealant injection guns and pumps and sealant fittings for valves and related accessories.

Sealweld valve care products are in service in over 74 countries around the world in many of the world's largest oil and gas production facilities, pipelines and natural gas distribution systems.

RESEALING VALVES

Valve technicians have come to rely on the quality and reliability of our products for both routine maintenance and when an emergency seal is required. Our proven three-step process of cleaning, re-lubricating and injecting a sealant when required has proven to save more than 80% of common valve leakage and seized valves.

Pipeline operators have learned that even a badly leaking valve can remain in service indefinitely providing it can be sealed on demand when required. In this context pipeline operators are able to defer a mainline shutdown indefinitely when valve leakage problems arise. For the remaining 20% of valve related problems Sealweld has a number of advanced valve sealing solutions which allow us up to a 98% success rate in certain situations.

Many valve fittings currently in service are substandard or unsuitable for service. Sealweld has dedicated many years of research and development into designing new fittings that meet or exceed a broad range of international quality standards.

VALVEPRO VALVE TECHNICIAN TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION

Sealweld Corporation in association with SAIT Polytechnic, Canada's leading technical institute for trade skills in the energy field, are pleased to provide the ValvePro - valve technician certification program.

The program consists of a combination of computer based self-study training requiring approximately 30 to 40 hours to complete followed by a three-day instructor led program for hands-on training and task competency testing.

Students learn all the basic skills for safely performing routine valve maintenance and basic valve sealing techniques. ValvePro is the most comprehensive training program for valve maintenance personnel and is designed for both beginners and experienced personnel alike.

SEALWELD VALVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Sealweld has created a global network of independent valve service providers capable of delivering long-term total valve care contracts, emergency valve sealing services and new valve commissioning services. All valve maintenance technicians have completed their ValvePro certification and, as such, you are guaranteed a consistent level of technician competency and technical skills.
