Deals this week: BP America, Gulf Keystone Petroleum, ExxonMobil

BP America Production Company has retained EnergyNet.com to sell 266 operated wells located in the Arkoma Basin, Oklahoma, US. The bid is due for closure on 15 September 2016.

The operated wells include 143 producing wells and 123 non-producing wells, which have a six-month average 8/8th production of approximately 3,661 million cubic feet a day (mcfd).

Gulf Keystone Petroleum has agreed to raise $25m through the issue of up to 2,294,295,672 common shares in an open offer.

The offering is scheduled for closure on 15 September 2016.

Exxon Mobil Corporation (ExxonMobil) plans to dispose its crude oil refinery in Billings, Montana, US. The deal is anticipated to be valued between $500m and $700m, sources said.

PBF Energy is one of the prospective buyers for the refinery, which has a capacity to produce 60,000 barrels per day (bpd) of crude oil and 450 million gallons of gasoline a year.

Caddo Mineral Partners LLC is disposing its producing and undeveloped assets located in the Delaware and Midland basins, Texas, US.

The assets extend across an area of 440.75 net acres of land and include 18 proved and developed producing wells.

Caddo Mineral Partners engaged the Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse, LLC for the divestment of assets through a competitive bidding process.
