M&As this week: CONE Midstream Partners, DCC Energy, Rubicon Oilfield International


CONE Midstream Partners has acquired the remaining 25% interest in CONE Midstream DevCo I (Anchor Systems) from CONE Gathering.

The $245.84m deal was funded by the company through a combination of cash and equity.

CONE Midstream DevCo I owns more than 125mi of pipelines and a natural gas compression system with a capacity of 650 million metric cubic feet a day (mmcfd).

Evercore Partners and Locke Lord were the respective financial and legal advisors for CONE Midstream.

"DCC Energy has agreed to pay $115.79m for the acquisition of a 97% stake in Gaz Europeen Holdings SAS."

CONE Midstream currently owns 100% stake in CONE Midstream DevCo I.

DCC Energy has agreed to pay $115.79m for the acquisition of a 97% stake in Gaz Europeen Holdings SAS.

Gaz Europeen is the supplier of natural gas to domestic, public and industrial customers in France. The company distributed approximately 390,000t of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in 2015.

Scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2017, the transaction will allow DCC Energy to expand its natural gas distribution business in France.

Rubicon Oilfield International Holdings has completed the acquisition of Top-Co Holdings.

The target company offers oilfield casing, cementing and completion products for the oil and gas industry.

The acquisition enables Rubicon to offer well construction solutions efficiently to customers in North America and worldwide.

AzEire has agreed to acquire Antrim Exploration (Ireland) (Antrim Ireland) from Antrim Energy for a cash consideration of $0.25m.

Antrim Ireland holds modern 3D seismic data and related analysis of a 1,563km² area, which partly covers the existing Ireland license portfolio of AzEire.

Scheduled for completion by 25 November, the acquisition will allow AzEire to increase its 3D seismic data coverage in the north Porcupine area.
