M&As this week: WaterBridge Resources, Puma Energy International, Bakken Water Transfer Services


WaterBridge Resources, backed by Five Point Capital Partners, has completed the acquisition of EnWater Solutions.

The target company offers water management solutions for the oil and gas industry. It owns five saltwater disposal wells and more than 100 miles of interconnected gathering pipeline.

The acquisition allows WaterBridge Resources to expand its offerings across Texas, US.

Puma Energy International plans to acquire a stake in Admore Gas, according to a source familiar with the matter. The target company operates 471 fuel stations.

The transaction will allow Puma Energy to expand its fuel retailing operations.

Bakken Water Transfer Services has completed the acquisition of Dakota Energy Resources.

The target company supplies surface water to shale oil producers in Bakken region, North Dakota. It manages 21 contracted sources, 12 of which are currently authorised for use.

The acquisition allows Bakken Water Transfer to strengthen its business in Bakken region.

The Government of Vietnam plans to dispose of 24.9% of its 75.9% stake in Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex).

Petrolimex produces and distributes petroleum products, oils, greases, petrochemical products, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The company owns 2,471 fuel outlets located across Vietnam.
