Safway Services will attend two Texas-based industry conferences, The Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) and The Reliability and Maintenance Conference, this spring.
OTC, which is being held between 30 April and 3 May, in Houston, Texas, is well-known as being at the forefront of trade events when it comes to advancement in offshore resources in the fields of drilling, exploration, production, and environmental protection.
Many companies and associations flock to the conference each and every year, with attendances regularly reaching over 50,000. An award ceremony also takes place that recognises technological, humanitarian, environmental and leadership contributions in the industry.
Taking place between 22 May and 25 May 2012 in San Antonio, Texas, The Reliability and Maintenance Conference covers many related issues, such as maintenance organisation, productivity, equipment reliability, safety and mechanical integrity, training, environmental control, predictive/preventive maintenance, maintenance and engineering standards, inspection, procurement and innovative reliability technology.
Over the three day events there is set to be particular focus on improving reliability in the refining and petrochemical industry. During the conference there will be technical and management presentations, discussion groups and an exhibition of products and services.
