CNPC to Store Gas in Tianjin Field

China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) has approved a drilling plan for its gas storage station in the Tianjin Dagang Oil Field.

The station, with a storage capacity of two billion cubic meters, will be built in two phases according to Global Times.

It will have an average daily gas disposal capacity of eight million cubic meters.

Gas from the station will be supplied to Beijin and the Tianjin area.
