Software and consulting company Implico has announced that Tim Hoffmeister will become the new chief financial officer (CFO) and co-managing director effective 1 September 2018.
The 44-year-old complements the existing executive management consisting of Thomas Ernst, Torsten Peter and Stephan Buhre.
As CFO, Tim Hoffmeister will assume responsibility for finance and controlling, as well as support the impending growth process of the Implico Group. He has more than 15 years of experience in the IT sector.
Prior to his new role at Implico Group, Tim Hoffmeister was part of the German management team at Cognizant Technology Solutions for five years, where he was in charge of finance, operations and change management. His responsibilities included managing the integration of the parts of the C1 Group acquired by Cognizant with more than 550 employees.
Before that, he was a member of the executive management of the C1 Group and played a key role in the organic growth of the IT consulting group and in more than ten mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions since 2003. As a Business Studies graduate, Tim Hoffmeister started his career as a management consultant at Bertelsmann and Conrad Electronic.
