Pressure and differential-pressure gauges

We manufacture a wide range of pressure gauges, diaphragm seal gauges and differential pressure gauges. Our instruments are of the highest quality and are manufactured in accordance to BSEN 837 and ANSI standards; they can be supplied in accordance with NACE MR0175. Diaphragm seal gauges are supplied in stainless steel, hastelloy, inconel, 6MO and PTFE. Pressure can range from vacuum up to 50,000psi. Specialist design of subsea pressure gauges, snubbagauges and swivemas gauges is available to suit client-customised requirements.

Temperature-measurement gauges and thermowells

Dial-indicating temperature-measurement gauges are manufactured in either gas filled system or bimetal construction and can be supplied suitable for direct mounting, remote mounting and every-angle construction. Thermowells are manufactured in solid, drilled construction as a one-piece forged flanged and threaded construction.

Ball and needle instrument valves

Our instrument valves are supplied in ball and needle construction. We manufacture a comprehensive range of isolation, block-and-bleed, double-block-and-bleed valves and monoflanges in three-valve and five-valve manifolds. Materials of construction include stainless steel, monel, inconel, hastelloy, super duplex and 6MO. Pressure ranges for our ball valves are up to 10,000psi, and for needle valves up to 35,000psi.

Pressure-tight metal-to-metal seal

Stewarts unique integral SWIVEMAS joint allows close coupling of virtually any of our range of valves and pressure gauges and accessories. SWIVEMAS is a crevice-free, pressure-tight metal-to-metal seal that does not use tape, allowing the gauge to be locked in any 360° orientation. It incorporates a fixed collar, anti-extrusion ring and secondary O-ring seal.

The pressure joint can be made, broken then remade and still retain full pressure seal integrity. The SWIVEMAS pressure-tight metal-to-metal seal reduces the number of gauge-to-valve joints to only one, thereby helping to meet environmental concerns by preventing fugitive emissions.
